A note on the new ‘COVID’ normal in light of the latest restrictions.

In response to Premier Daniel Andrews’ recently announced Stage 4 Restrictions, businesses in Melbourne and surrounding areas will be greatly affected. However, we would like to assure you that Urban Lighting Group will remain in operation over the course of the next six weeks, endeavouring to meet any and all of your requirements where possible.
While we remain open for business, we would like to emphasise that we will continue to be alert to, and abide by, all current and new restrictions as they arise. We are committed to taking any and all steps to maximise the safety of our staff and customers, whilst maintaining the same exceptional level of service we are known for. This includes doing everything in our power to minimise service disruptions.
As emphasised by the Premier of Victoria, we must all must do our part to flatten the COVID-19 curve in order to return to business as normal. As such, we have further increased preventative measures both on-site and in all business operations. All employees continue to follow meticulous hygiene practices as prescribed by the Department of Health, including the wearing of a mask, contact minimisation, frequent hand washing, and ‘physical distancing,’ as these are the most efficient ways to help reduce the spread. In addition, staff who are able to work effectively from home are already doing so to further minimise the risk to our team, customers and greater community.

Please also note that while our office will remain closed to customers during the six-week lockdown in order to support business-wide risk minimisation, we welcome your enquiries, quotes and orders via our website, phone or email. Our staff are poised to meet communications with a prompt response at all points of contact to ensure minimal service disruption during this time.
